Your app, ready for real customers
Getting an idea working on screen is the hard part, and you’ve done it. We take it the rest of the way: find what’s fragile, fix it at the root, and launch an app you can safely charge customers for. One fixed price, quoted after a free review.
It worked in the demo. Then real users showed up
AI tools are great at getting a first version on screen. The last stretch, the part that makes an app safe for paying customers, is where most founders get stuck. If any of these sound like your week, you haven’t done anything wrong. You’ve reached the part that needs an engineer.
Fix one thing, break two more
Every new prompt repairs one screen and quietly breaks another. You’re spending credits to stand still.
It only works in the preview
It runs inside the builder, but you can’t get it onto your own domain, or keep it running once it’s there.
Logins and payments you don’t trust
Sign-up emails go missing, people get logged out, and what was charged doesn’t always match what was bought.
You can’t tell if it’s secure
Are customer records, passwords or payment keys exposed? You don’t know, and you have no way to check.
Fast for one user, slow for fifty
It felt quick when you were the only one using it. With real traffic, pages hang and requests time out.
The app store said no
Apple or Google rejected it, and their reason reads like another language.
Repair, harden, launch. Usually in that order
Some apps need one of these. Most need a bit of all three. The free review tells you exactly which, and one price covers all of it.
Repair
Make it work every time.
We trace each failure to its cause and fix it there, so it stays fixed after the next change instead of coming back.
- Sign-up, login and checkout that fail
- Bugs that return after every change
- Screens that only work on one device
Harden
Make it safe to trust.
The protections paying customers assume are already there: added, tested and written down.
- Each user sees only their own data
- Keys and secrets kept out of the browser
- Backups, error alerts and automated tests
Launch
Make it live, and yours.
Off the builder’s preview and onto infrastructure you own, monitored from day one.
- Your own domain, hosting and accounts
- App Store and Google Play submission
- A planned, rehearsed release day
What the demo doesn’t show
An app can look finished and still be missing the parts nobody notices until something goes wrong. Before launch we check all six, and tell you plainly where each one stands.
Selling to larger companies? This checklist is where an enterprise security review starts. We can help you prepare for one.
Who can see what
A common flaw in AI-built apps: a database that any signed-in user, or anyone at all, can read. We test every screen and every table the way an outsider would.
Keys and secrets
Payment keys, AI keys and admin passwords sometimes end up in the browser, where anyone can copy them. We move them where they belong and replace any that leaked.
Payments
Taking one test payment is easy. Declined cards, refunds, cancelled subscriptions and double charges are where the real work is.
Data and backups
We check that your data is structured to grow, that an update can’t wipe records, and that a backup exists and actually restores.
Errors and tests
When something fails for a customer, you should know before they email you. We add error alerts, and tests on every flow that makes you money.
Speed under load
Quick for one person can mean crawling for a hundred. We find the slow queries and heavy pages before your users do.
From as-built to shipped
A small fix can be one price and one delivery. A bigger app moves through these stages as milestones, each with its own acceptance criteria and its own quote before it starts.
Review
Free. We read the code and use the app the way your customers will, then tell you in plain English what it needs.
You getA written report and one fixed price
Repair
Broken flows first, in an order we agree with you. Each one is traced to its cause and fixed there, so it stays fixed.
You getA test link to check every fix
Harden
Data access, secrets, payments, backups, error alerts, and tests on every flow that earns you money.

Launch
Off the builder’s preview and onto your own domain, hosting and app stores. Release day is planned, not improvised.

We stay close after launch. If something we delivered breaks in the 30 days after you accept it, fixing it is on us.

Built with a specific tool?
Every builder leaves its own pattern of gaps. We know them well, so the review starts where the problems usually are.
- Lovable apps React on Supabase. Common gaps: loose database rules, keys in the browser, payments that half work.
- Bolt.new apps Fast front ends. Common gaps: a thin or missing backend, leaky logins, hosting nobody can run.
- Replit apps Whole apps in one workspace. Common gaps: tied to the workspace, a test database in production, secrets in the code.
Nothing held hostage
When the work ends, everything you need to run and change your app is in your hands, not ours.
- The source codeIn a repository you own, with a record of every change we made and why.
- The accountsHosting, domains, app stores and payment services registered in your name.
- The documentationHow the app fits together, how to release a change, and where to look when something breaks.
- A walkthroughA call, recorded if you like, that takes you or your next developer through all of it.
Ship It questions, answered
Will you have to rebuild my app?
Usually not. We keep what works and fix what doesn’t. Where a part would cost more to repair than to rebuild, we explain why and you choose.
Which tools do you work with?
Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Base44, Cursor, Claude Code and the rest, plus half-finished builds from any of them. Whatever tool you used, what it produced is ordinary code, and that’s what we work on. If yours uses something unusual, we’ll tell you plainly whether we’re the right fit.
My app lives inside the builder. I don’t have the code.
That’s normal. Most builders let you export the code or connect it to a GitHub repository. We’ll walk you through it on the first call.
What does the free review include?
We read the code, use the app the way your customers will, and send you a written report: every issue we found, ranked by risk, in plain English. We go through it together on a call, then send one fixed price for the work. No charge, no obligation.
Can I keep using my AI tool afterwards?
Often, yes. We agree with you which parts are safe to keep changing yourself and which are better left to an engineer, and we put that in writing.
How long does it take?
That depends on what the review finds. The quote gives a date for each piece of work, and the most urgent problems come first.
Can you guarantee the app stores will approve my app?
Nobody can. Approval is Apple’s and Google’s call. What we can do is fix the reasons they gave, prepare the submission properly, and answer the reviewers until it’s resolved.
What happens after launch?
If something we delivered breaks within 30 days of you accepting the final piece of work, we fix it at our cost. After that, keep us on for changes and new features, or take the code wherever you like.
Show us what you built
A link and a few lines on what’s going wrong are enough to start. The call and the review are free, and you’ll come away knowing exactly what your app needs.
